Setting up a Database

Compu-Mail recommends setting up a database using either

-        a database management program, like Lotus, Access or DBaseIV

-        or spreadsheet program, such as Excel.

Please DO NOT

o        use a word processing program

o        use more than one line of data in a “cell”

City, State, and Zip should be in SEPARATE fields

Keep it as simple as possible,

All lists are confidential and are never sold, rented or in any way distributed
(unless our clients like to SHARE lists.. Compu-Mail is a proponent in “sharing lists.”)
